ENIGMA-Tv is a film directed by CC Gambeex in the form of a documentary fiction, a performance filmed live over 3 days in Berlin in November 2019. This film was conceived from the basis ideas by CC.Gambeex, and Philippe Zunino. The title of the film is inspired by the portable electromechanical machine used for encryption and decryption of the information used by the Germans during the Second World War.

The film presents a collective utopia which would like to reclaim information in a way far from usual media standards. The initial concept is a collective imagining of a local television channel in Berlin which is to be staged in the form of interviews and a casting giving the floor to speakers living in Berlin (artists, musicians, designers and others). Onto this documentary approach is grafted a fictional space intended to include an additional dimension by bringing the viewer back to real situations of racism or financial interests. A composite and offbeat film, ENIGMA appeals to the spontaneity of the speakers who are not actors but who become actors of their own life choices by giving free rein to their personal imaginations for a local television channel freed from constraints of the disinformation of cultural television marketing.
